A reminder to be safe even in Resort Boundaries
Luke was riding a resort near Tahoe, when he ended up being buried in 6 feet of snow with no avalanche. This is referred to as NARSID (Non-Avalanch Related Snow Immersion Death). In the beginning of the video you can see that Luke is a very capable snowboarder, and just happened to have a bad turn of events. We wanted to remind you to always ride with friends, always carry the proper gear, and be safe.
