Voile Revelator BC Splitboard – Fish Base
Voile, arguably the group that started it all has really stepped outside the box with the new Voile Revelator. The splitboard with scales on the base. We had a chance to check this board out at the Outdoor Retailer show in January. The scales are very mellow, wouldn’t even bother too much when riding switch. The real argument of not needing skins on low angle ascents is a valid one. Even when paired with crampons, I”m not sure how viable the scales are. We look forward to getting on this board and trying out the tech with and without skins to see how it performs.
